HueScope does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• No crash reporting
• No advertising or ad identifiers
• No cookies or local tracking
• No third-party SDKs or services

Camera Usage

HueScope uses your device's camera to identify and process colors in real time. All camera processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's Metal GPU framework. Camera frames are:

• Processed in real time on-device
• Never saved, recorded, or transmitted
• Never sent to any server or third party
• Discarded immediately after processing

Network Access

HueScope makes zero network calls. The app requires no internet connection to function. All color databases, algorithms, and processing run offline on your device.

Third-Party Services

HueScope uses no third-party services, SDKs, APIs, or frameworks. The app is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks (SwiftUI, AVFoundation, Core Image, Metal).

Data Storage

HueScope stores your preferences (such as color vision deficiency type and display settings) locally on your device using iOS's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

HueScope does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. Given that we collect no data, we don't anticipate changes.
